Stationary Nitrogen Generator System


The contractor shall provide a self-contained, outdoor-rated Stationary Nitrogen Generator System meeting the following minimum specifications:


  • Environmental: Designed for continuous outdoor operation in all standard weather conditions.
  • Configuration: Self-contained unit including an integrated air compressor.
  • Purity & Flow Rate: >= 99.5% dry nitrogen at a rate of 9 to 17 SCFM.
  • Output Pressure: Boosted outlet pressure of 3,000 to 5,000 PSIG.
  • Storage Capacity: Minimum 912 cubic feet of ready-to-use nitrogen storage at 3,000 to 5,000 PSI (provided via an indoor-installed, two-bottle storage system).
  • Electrical: 480 VAC, 3-Phase, 60 Hz.

2. Delivery & Acceptance


  • Delivery Schedule: 120 Calendar Days After Receipt of Award (ARO) or sooner.
  • Government Acceptance: Final acceptance is contingent upon 100% on-site testing of all delivered materials by Government personnel.
