The Florida Air National Guard is seeking to procure a single Stationary Nitrogen Generator System to supply high-purity nitrogen for aircraft tire servicing at the 125th Fighter Wing in Jacksonville, Florida, eliminating the risks and costs associated with frequent high-pressure cylinder deliveries. The system must deliver 99.5% pure nitrogen at a flow rate of 9–17 SCFM and an outlet pressure of 3000–5000 PSIG, paired with a two-bottle storage system and regulator panel. The contractor is required to deliver the unit FOB Destination to the specified site, handle all installation and commissioning tasks on-site, and provide comprehensive training to government personnel on operation and basic preventative maintenance. Complete English-language Operation and Maintenance manuals, both digital and physical, must accompany delivery, along with a minimum one-year commercial warranty covering parts and labor. The solicitation, identified as W50S6Y26QA017, is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 335312, with a size standard of 1,250 employees, and is restricted to eligible small businesses including WOSB, EDWOSB, and 8(a) concerns. The contracting officer is Jonathan Acree, with no designated COTR listed, and payments will be processed via the designated DoDAAC F6U3CE. All proposals must comply with FAR 52.212-4 and related commercial item clauses, with award based on a trade-off analysis of technical capability, delivery schedule, and price realism, rather than a lowest price technically acceptable methodology.
