This order will define the number of ton needed for the upcoming week to be delivered on Thursday of the same week. A signed order will be placed with the contractor by the end of Tuesday. Evaluation Criteria: This procurement is a best value procurement. An award will be based upon the evaluation of the following criteria: 1. Past Performance 2. Product Quality 3.
