The Steveston Paramount Site in Richmond, BC, requires maintenance dredging services. The scope of work includes the supply of materials, equipment, tools, services, labour, and all things necessary for the completion of maintenance dredging at the Steveston Paramount Site. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but not limited to, the following items covered further in the Contract Documents: 1. Review site specific information. 2. Pre-dredging bathymetric survey 3. Dredging and Disposal at Sea of Class B material 4. Provide post-dredging bathymetric survey Familiarization with site Before submitting a bid, bidders can visit the site and its surroundings, at their own expense, to review and verify the form, nature, and extent of the work, materials needed for the completion of the work, the means of access to the site, severity, exposure, and uncertainty of weather, soil conditions, any accommodations they may require, and in general shall obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies, and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection on account or error or negligence to properly observe and determine the conditions that will apply. All work including clean-up and demobilization must be completed by November 27, 2026.
