This contract calls for the procurement of two units of a retaining strap, identified by part number 5340-01-357-4540, in accordance with a military or federal standard. The production of these items must comply with the latest revisions of the applicable part standards and technical requirements as outlined by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) packaging and quality assurance criteria, including adherence to MIL-STD-130N for identification marking.
