The Rutland Regional Planning Commission is seeking qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan that will shape its operational priorities and programs, with the goal of aligning its mission, vision, and values with the 2026 Rutland Regional Plan and strengthening municipal capacity across the Rutland Region. No contract clauses, special requirements, or detailed evaluation criteria beyond the required components and pass/fail gates are specified, and the RRPC retains the right to cancel or modify the solicitation without notice.
