Scope of Work:  WSB will conduct a facilitated strategicplanning workshop, which involves gathering, sorting, and prioritizing the bestideas of WSB's policy leaders and executive managers, focused on theorganization's core purposes and the most important attributes of success. We seek tocreate a strategic plan that leverages the building blocks we've already put inplace to guide, clarify, and harmonize the work and focus of WSB over the nexttwo years. The plan's goals should inspire WSB staff, contractors, andstakeholders, as we all provide a roadmap of activities that can be implementedto achieve those goals. Ultimately, think of the Plan as more of a compass than a turn-by-turn GPS.
