This TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 and under the following category(ies):
2.7 Needs Analysis and Research Consultant –Intermediate &Senior
2.10 Knowledge Management Consultant –Intermediate & Senior
3.7 Procurement Specialist -Senior
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirementof up to 8 resources for support services in the collection and analysis of information, and the production of new research for the transformation of procurement on an ‘’as and when required’’ basis. The project will involve Baseline and gap analysis on existing procurement studies, International benchmarking on government procurement and research studies on strategic procurement topics.
