AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 19 April 2024 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to supply Federal Institutions under its control with standardized appliances and pricing on washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges and microwaves to be purchased on an as-needed basis. Up to 2 Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISOs) will be issued per Zone: One PSIB stream and one non-PSIB stream. In the event that two Standing Offers are issued for one zone, the PSIB Standing Offer holder will have First Right of Refusal in the issuance of call-ups. Offerors must provide firm unit pricing for two years for all items listed in the Basis of Payment to be considered for the issuance of a Standing Offer for this requirement.
