ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Project No.  (3037-21) Town of Iota, Louisiana (herein referred to as the "Owner")   Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received ONLY at Mader Engineering, Inc., located at 1245 South College Rd., Bldg. 1, Lafayette, Louisiana 70503, or by electronic bid at www.madereng.com until 9:00 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday the 23rd day of June, 2026 for the:   STREET IMPROVEMENTS – PHASE II FOR THE TOWN OF IOTA   Properly submitted bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above specified time for opening shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the sender.   Copies of plans and specifications are available at www.madereng.com. This will be the only method of plan distribution.   Proposals shall be addressed to Mader Engineering, Inc. and delivered to Mader Engineering, Inc. located at 1245 South College Rd., Bldg. 1, Lafayette, Louisiana 70503, or by electronic bid at www.madereng.com not later than 9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026. Proposals shall be designated as "Sealed Bid – Street Improvements – Phase II". Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.
