Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically through the City of Tualatin BidLocker portal at https://bidlocker.us/a/tualatinoregon/BidLocker.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the BidLocker portal no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on June 1, 2026. Submissions by any other method will not be accepted. Proposals received after the closing deadline will not be considered. Proposals will be opened after closing in accordance with City procedures.
