Structural Engineering Consultant

Contra Costa County is seeking qualified professional firms to provide on-call structural engineering services under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a not-to-exceed value of $195,000 per firm over a three-year term. The solicitation targets up to three firms to support a variety of capital projects including new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and site assessments for County facilities, with work ranging from $500,000 to $200 million in project value. Services encompass structural analysis, design development, preparation of calculations and drawings, bidding assistance, and construction administration, all of which must be performed by California-licensed Professional Engineers or Structural Engineers and comply with state codes, federal requirements including Recovery Act provisions, and local regulations.
