Contractor will manufacture one (1) B Hut 16'x32' made of Structural Insulating Panels (SIPs) and package the components in a 20 foot Sea Container for delivery (container will be kept by Buyer) to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Structure must be easily assembled and disassembled (by 4 personnel within 4 hours) under austere conditions, without special tools, able to be packed within a 20 foot shipping container, and able to withstand wear, pressure, and damage caused by weather and handling. ***NOTE: Potential offers shall submit pictures and/or drawings, as well as list of dimensions as part of their offer packet. Also keep in mind, the components must be designed and shipped in manner so that the customer can assemble themselves in accordance to the verbiage in soliciation description. Illustrated instructions are to accompany the components.*** All offers must be submitted no later than 3:00p.m. HST on 3 August 2018.
