Sturgeon Point WTP Line Maintenance Building

The Erie County Water Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the Sturgeon Point WTP Line Maintenance Building project, identified as Contract HE-001A or Project 202100242. Located in Derby, New York, the project involves the construction of a new detached post and beam garage and storage building. The scope of work includes an enclosed conditioned maintenance bay, a conditioned storage bay with a toilet room, open storage bays, and a roll-up coil door.
