The solicitation requires delivery of sUAS components including batteries, motors, propellers, cameras, chargers, and other parts listed in an attached Excel document with specified technical parameters such as motor KV ratings, battery capacity, and antenna SWR, and mandates compliance with FAR Part 12 commercial item acquisition procedures, including the brand-name-or-equal standard. Destination to Camp Lejeune, NC, with the contractor responsible for packaging and safe transport, though no specific MIL-STD packaging, preservation, or labeling requirements are outlined, implying reliance on commercial standards. Proposals must be submitted via email to Diana Gomezflores by the deadline of May 1, 2026, and must include pricing for all components, completed Quoter’s Information with UEI, CAGE code, and tax ID, along with self-certification of small business status. The evaluation will be conducted on a trade-off basis, considering price, past performance, and technical capabilities in that order of importance without numerical weighting or adjectival ratings, allowing the government to select the most advantageous offer. The award will be made on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis, with invoicing expected through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system as required by incorporated clauses, and accelerated payments to small business subcontractors are mandated. The contract includes numerous compliance requirements, including adherence to export control laws, prohibitions against sourcing from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region or entities supporting Venezuela’s Maduro regime, whistleblower protections, and anti-trafficking policies. While no formal period of performance dates or contract value are provided, quotes must remain valid for 90 days after the closing date, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the delivery site by the government. No COR or COTR is named
