This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be made available on the following websites:

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – Secret Squirrel, LLC. (CAGE: 9YVB3) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The instant requirement is to provide training services with a curriculum derived from submarine tactical operations. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and will contain a one (1) year base period, with four (4) subsequent option periods.
