The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – Secret Squirrel, LLC.
