Suite 100 Remodel Project

CalOptima is soliciting bids for the Suite 100 Remodel Project, located at 505 City Parkway West, Orange, California. The project requires a California Class B licensed general contractor to permit and renovate approximately 310 square feet of office space. The scope of work includes providing all site management, labor, equipment, and materials for minor repairs, the addition of one wall, and modifications to the electrical, fire, and HVAC systems. The contractor is responsible for managing the permitting process and ensuring all work adheres to OSHA standards and applicable building codes. The project mandates the assignment of a dedicated supervisor and project manager, with all building system work performed by licensed California subcontractors.
