Murnane Building Contractors, Inc., is soliciting subcontractor and supplier quotes for for Project No. 111084-02 SUNY Plattsburgh - Demolish Adirondack and Banks Hall, until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 28, 2026. The main features of the Work shall include, but not be limited to the following:-Coordination of work with SUCF Project No. 111076-02 Titled Renovate Algonquin Dining Hall for Admissions.-Hazardous material abatement and universal waste removal.-Salvaging fire alarm system and fire extinguishers and turning over to the campus.-Salvaging of the exterior emergency generator at Banks Hall and turning over to the campus-Full building demolition of Banks and Adirondack Residence Halls including removal of connecting tunnels, basements and foundations.-Disconnect and remove building fiber at Algonquin Hall that feeds Adirondack and Banks.-Disconnect and remove building Electric distribution at Algonquin Hall that feeds to Adirondack and Banks.-Removal of High Temperature Hot Water Supply & Return piping-Removal of stormwater inlets and structures.-Removal of sanitary sewer lines and structures.-Cut and Cap water line and remove back to main.-Walkway removals and some limited areas of replacement.-Clear debris, backfilled, compact to level site and restored as greenspace to match adjacent areas leaving the space suitable for outdoor activities or future development. All work will be completed within 540 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.The project specific goals for this project are 5% MBE and 5% WBE and SDVOB goal of 3%.
