Full Description

The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Supervised Overnight Stay (SOS) services. Selected bidder shall provide after-hours/overnight stay services for a maximum of four nights to adults who were released from acute inpatient psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric health facility, emergency departments, and crisis stabilization centers. This program will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The goal is to enhance and improve crisis services by lowering recidivism rates and providing linkage to appropriate behavioral health programs. The current SOS program operates a ten (10) bed facility.
