Full Description
Request for Information: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District is issuing this Request for Information to determine a competitive basis for the procurement described. This is not a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this survey.
This survey is for market research purposes only. Only contractors capable of performing this type of work should respond to this Request for Information.
Requirement: This project is for the supply and delivery of components identified in this request. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform the work herein.
a. Two 10kVA static inverters (IV1, IV2), four isolation breakers, and one 10kVA bypass transformer.
b. One 125VDC panelboard, one 120VAC preferred AC panelboard, one emergency lighting panel board and one preferred AC sub-panel including all breakers, ancillary equipment, and associated bus.
c. One 450kW outdoor diesel generator AC load bank and one 480V manual transfer switch.
d. New conduits and cables.
e. One hydrogen sensor, one air flow switch, one differential pressure switch, one smoke detector and three warning lights.
f. One battery disconnect switch, one automatic transfer switch, and DC load bank plug.
g. One battery breaker, two battery chargers breakers, and one load bank breaker.
h. Level 4 Maximum Duty 3-hour fire-rated steel door and frame assembly with a 3-hour fire-rated glass window.
i. One 3-hour fire rated HVAC damper for a 10"x8" duct and all the hardware necessary for it including 2 spare fusible links.
j. Sufficient ductwork materials for the addition of a new ductwork branch off of an existing 10"8" supply duct and running 50 feet, including 4 right angle turns.
k. One centrifugal exhaust fan with a spark resistant motor to exhaust a minimum of 285 CFM of air and mounting equipment to mount the fan to an exterior wall.
l. One combination emergency wash station with eye wash and deluge shower capabilities.
