Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking proposal submission from vendors with expertise in the Supply and Delivery of Refuse Collection Rear Loader meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20261716-ENG-RFP Supply and Delivery of 20-Yard Refuse Collection Rear Loaders. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to thisRFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.Term of the contract & options – Initial 5 years with two (2) possible two (2)-year extensions at the City’s sole and absolute discretion, for a maximum total contract term of nine (9) years.The RFX will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.Further information on this procurement opportunity is available at this link
