Under this RFX, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Request for Proposal from vendors with expertise in Supplying Fleet Tires and Related Services meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20261743-ENG-RFP - Supply and Delivery of Fleet Tires and Related Services. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.Term of the contract & options - five (5)-year period, with two (2) possible two (2)-year extensions at the City’s sole and absolute discretion, for a maximum total contract term of nine (9) years.The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Request for Proposal may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
