AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the contact information of Melissa Maurhart.
AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is: to include further details in the requirement table, to include “Part V – Prior Experience” in the evaluation factors, and to remove the addendum to RFO 52.212-4, and to remove the evaluation factors from RFO 52.212-2 from Attachment 2 – FA568226QA026 Clause & Provision Set. All changes can be found in updated attachments "RFQ FA568226QA026 Amendment 1" and "Attachment 2 FA568226QA026 Clause and Provision Set Amendment 1"
