Supply, Haul and Furnish Earth Cover Material

The Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) is soliciting bids under solicitation 2026-ITB-37 for a contractor to supply, load, haul, and dump earth cover material at the Howard F. Haneman Environmental Park landfill in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. The contract is for a one-year term with an estimated maximum quantity of 110,000 tons of well-graded naturally mined soil. If requested by the ACUA, the contractor must be capable of delivering between 1,000 and 2,500 tons per week during regular business hours.
