This subcontract involves the supply of Benzocaine Oral Topical Gel with a 20 percent concentration for the Medical Supply Chain Pharm FSA under the Department of Defense. The contractor is responsible for manufacturing or sourcing the gel in 1 ounce units that adhere to Type I Code Q specifications, ensuring a non-extendable shelf life of 36 months. Performance will take place at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. To qualify, the provider must maintain pharmaceutical distribution licenses and ensure full GMP compliance. Additionally, the contractor must provide all necessary Hazardous Material Identification and Safety Data in accordance with FAR 52.223-3. The scope of work concludes with the delivery of the completed pharmaceutical units.
