Title:Supply of Bottled Drinking Water at High Commission of Canada in Islamabad, IndiaDescription:The purpose of this RFP is to select a supplier to enter into a contract with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) for the supply and delivery of purified bottled drinking water to the Canadian High Commission in Islamabad, Pakistan as described in the Statement of Work (Annex A).The Work is to be performed from contract award date (tentatively set for January 1, 2023). However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date.There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement, however, Contractor’s personnel will be escorted and placed under supervision of High Commission’s personnel at all times during the performance of the Work.Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.Tenders must be submitted to the GAC Bid Receiving Email: internationalproposals@international.gc.caThe Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
