The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish a regional standing offer for the procurement of Western Digital Purple Hard Disk Drives or equivalent used in surveillance footage storage. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable trading Partner. This procurement has been set aside (conditionally) under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. This procurement is subject to the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement (2009).
