Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8201-26-R-0015 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System and Cybersecurity upgrade at Hill AFB UT. A site visit is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 9:00am MDT. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the requirements stated in the attached SOW. An award will not be modified to accommodate an Offeror's failure to understand the requirement. Offerors wanting to attend will need to provide the following information: Names (Last, First & Middle), date of birth, driver's license number, and state of issuance. This information is due no later than 2:00pm MDT on 9 July 2026 to brian.green.20@us.af.mil and bryce.michelson@us.af.mil. No more than 3 employees per company will be permitted.
