THE KIT IS REQUIRED TO BE PROOFED AND SHOT FOR ACCUARCY. A QUANTITY OF 180 IS REQUIRED WITH A 100% OPTION. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO PROCURE THESE SERVICES ON AN OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION BASIS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF 41 UNITED STATES CODE (U.S.C.) 1901 AS AUTHORIZED AND IMPLEMENTED BY FAR 13.501(a) "SOLE SOURCE (INCLUDING BRAND NAME) ACQUISITIONS."
