The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a firm quantity of 1425 Surefire UE07 Switch Assembly (consisting of two components, a waterproof tail cap and waterproof ST07 remote tape switch) for delivery to the RCMP Armourer Section located at Regina, Saskatchewan. Substitute products will not be considered. Delivery is requested within 30 calendar days of the date of contract award. The following limited tendering provision applies: • Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Article 513 1 (b) (v) – Limited Tendering: (b) if the goods or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute goods or services exist for any of the following reason: (v) to ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only). Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
