The Capital Region Airport Commission is soliciting proposals under RFP 27-1005 for the development and operation of food, beverage, and retail concessions at Richmond International Airport. The project is divided into three distinct packages, each with an anticipated 15-year term. Package 1, the Culinary Collection, consists of five food and beverage premises requiring a minimum initial capital investment of 6.5 million dollars. Package 2, the Marketplace Collection, comprises six retail and cafe destinations focused on a curated guest experience with a minimum investment of 4.5 million dollars. Package 3, the National Brand Partnership Collection, is an ACDBE-neutral small-business set-aside for a nationally branded burger and breakfast quick-service restaurant, requiring a minimum investment of 1.5 million dollars and a guarantee from a national Brand Sponsor.
