PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Professional services performed by the Consultant consist of surveying and mapping. The ES592 project includes road resurfacing and sidewalk ramp improvements/installations at various locations along Orleans Street, Undine Street, St. Paul Street, Puget Street, Ellis Street, Wilkin Street, 40th Street and McLeod Road. Surveying and mapping are anticipated to be conducted beginning in October 2026. Base maps and survey point files are to be delivered to the city by December 31st, 2026. Additional surveying and mapping services for the projects may be added or removed dependent upon funding availability and project design requirements.
SUBMITTAL
All proposals shall be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Late or misdirected proposals will not be considered. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this RFQ by submitting their SOQ documents on the City website at https://cob.procureware.com/.
