Full Description

Special notice is issued to inform industry of the Government's intent to issue a sole source purchase order for Survival Gear Kits. A sole source award is intended to be issued to Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. (CAGE: 6HW78) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, a small business. Two configurations of survival gear kits shall be procured composed of 38 commercial items. Procurement is considered a bridge procurement and is required to provide the Government with needed supplies while a solicitation for a long-term contract is being developed. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for a five-year, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract no-later-than the end of the 2nd quarter of the Government 2022 fiscal year. A limited source document and a product description is attached to this notice. The Government will not issue another pre-award notice or post a solicitation. The Government will announce an award, if/when an order is issued.
