Solicitation Type: This solicitation is for a single-award, firm-fixed price.


Set Aside: This acquisition is a total small business set aside IAW RFO 19.104-1


Period of Performance: 60 days after contract award


Brand Name Requirement: This is a brand name only requirement and Offerors must provide the exact part numbers specified on the attached Price Sheet. No substitutions or "or equal" items will be considered.


Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is determined to represent the best value to the Government. The Government will utilize RFO Part 12 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Price and Technical Acceptability.


Submission Requirements: Interested and responsible entities are encouraged to submit a quote. Proposals must include the following:


  • Completed Standard Form 1449.
  • Completed Price Sheet
  • Proof that your company is an authorized reseller of the Smith Machine and Tool parts listed on the Price Sheet.
  • System for Award Management (SAM): Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov and have a valid CAGE code to be eligible for award.
