The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Swank Motion Pictures, Inc., 10795 Watson Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63127-1012, to furnish all tools, labor, supplies, shipping and handling, and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: Renewal for License Agreement of Swank Healthcare System POP: 1 Oct 2011 - 30 Sep 2012 CLIN 1001: Renewal for License Agreement of Swank Healthcare System POP: 1 Oct 2012 - 30 Sep 2013 CLIN 2001: Renewal for License Agreement of Swank Healthcare System POP: 1 Oct 2013 - 30 Sep 2014 CLIN 3001: Renewal for License Agreement of Swank Healthcare System POP: 1 Oct 2014 - 30 Sep 2015 CLIN 4001: Renewal for License Agreement of Swank Healthcare System POP: 1 Oct 2015 - 30 Sep 2016 There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement agreement issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as set forth in FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified licenses, those parties interested must be able to show they have the proper distribution rights for these products, they must respond to this notice before 11:00 AM (Central Time) on 27 September 2011.
