Sealed bids will be received by Swarthmore Borough, electronically through PennBID (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/) until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 27th day of March 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly read for: The project involves all work necessary for the installation of ADA compliant curb ramps at various locations throughout Swarthmore Borough, including curbing, grading, detectable warning surface, concrete sidewalk, and all required roadway restoration. This project is being funded in part by a DCED Local Share Account grant and is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to waive any informality in a bid as they deem for the best interest of Swarthmore Borough.
