SWITCH, PUSH

The contract pertains to the procurement of a single unit of a PUSH SWITCH identified by NSN 5930-01-415-0008 under solicitation SPE7M8-26-T-5511, with a required delivery within 168 days after contract award. All supplies must comply with the technical and quality specifications listed in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation issue date for simplified acquisitions or the RFP issue date for large acquisitions, unless amended. Mercury or mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited from intentional addition or direct contact with the supplied hardware, except for functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lamps, specific instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or chemical analysis reagents authorized by NAVSEA. Portable fluorescent lamps and instruments containing mercury must be shockproof and include a secondary containment barrier as mandated by NAVSEA 5100-003D. Any alternate proposal must conform to the specified NSN and part number without deviation.
