This acquisition is for an, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation procedures apply. The proposed procurement is for one basic contract year with the option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 4 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition. Copies of the solicitation will be available 15 days after this notice is published in the FEDBIZOPPS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English Language and in U.S dollars. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
