THE SOLICITATION AND IT'S RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE SET- ASIDE FOR WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) CONCERNS. This pre-solicitation notice is for the procurement to Design/Build Electrical Project to replace and consolidate two existing switchboards, to also include the performance of facility electrical load study to determine the switchboard bus sizes, at the Mansfield Federal Building/US Courthouse, located at 400 North Main Street, Butte, Montana 59701. The scope of work entails, but is not limited to: Design/Build Electrical Project to replace and consolidate two existing switchboards, to also include the performance of facility electrical load study to determine the switchboard bus sizes. Work shall include labor, equipment, supplies, materials and supervision to accomplish work. NAICS - 238210 with a size standard of $15.0 million. The estimated range for the total contract value is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract completion shall be approximately March 30, 2018. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 25, 2017, with proposals due not later than 4:00pm MST, September 25, 2017. Award will be a firm fixed price contract, and the procurement method shall be a competitive negotiated Request for Proposals. The following evaluation factors shall be used in determining the contractor offering the best value to the Government: (1) Past performance on similar projects, (2) Experience, (3) Technical and Management Approach, (4) Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, and (5) Price. Pre-bid OnSite Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 10:00am MST. Please meet in the Main Lobby. A GSA Representative will be onsite. ID is required.
