SCOPE OF WORK: Work to be completed prior to October 31, 2026. 20 working days are allowed to complete the work. Work does not necessarily need to be completed in 20 consecutive working days. Working days will be charged until work is completed at the respective location. (i.e. work at 5 Mile Grange is completed September 14th – September 15th. Working days are suspended until work is completed at 5602 Willamette on September 28th and 29th.
