(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6166. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. (iv) This acquisition is being procured as other than full and open competition for Brand Name only. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423430 and the size standard is 500 employees. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. As part of your quote, you are required to fill out the requirements listing as written below mirroring line item, quantity, unit, part number description, price and total extend price information; otherwise your quote will be considered non-responsive.
