Full Description

USDA/ITS has a requirement to renew subscriber agreements and to upgrade existing licenses of Eagle Point software currently being used by NRCS personnel across the US. This design software is the only software found that has the capabilities needed by the NRCS surveyors and engineeers because of the land based focus of the product. Any other vendor should present it capabilities and pricing to the Agency for evaluation of the product to determine if it meets the needs of the Agency. USDA intends to issue a single source award for subsciption renewals and upgrades to the Eagle Point Products currently being used by the Agency.
