The Contractor shall plant labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportations, supervision and personnel necessary for roofing, demolition and paving operations at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal in accordance with Technical Specifications at Lajes Field, Terceira, Azores, Portugal. The contractor shall follow regulatory guidance provided by applicable Air Force Instructions, the Final Governing Standards for Portugal (FGS-P), the Overseas Environmental Base Guideline Directive (OEBGD), Lajes Facilities Excellence Standards, and Construction Site Standards. The Government intends to award multiple Combined Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA's) to include tasks in a variety for roofing, demolition and paving work throughout Lajes Air Field, Azores, Portugal. This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 5 years from the effective date or when the aggregate obligated task order value reaches $4,999,999.99 which ever is first.
