This is a Synopsis and fulfills the synopsis and advertising requirements prescribed in FAR Part 5 – Publicizing Contract Actions. 


DLA Troop Support intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of NSN Cooler, Fluid, Industrial 4420-01-578-2232. The approved sources coded for this item are listed below:

The Government intends to purchase a quantity of 24 EA with a 50% quantity option. The offeror must provide pricing for both the base quantity and the quantity option.


Delivery will be FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination. The Government required delivery schedule will be 756 days after date of order. The Buy American Act clauses will apply.


Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, for acquisition described at 12.001(c) will apply.


Price Only will be the evaluation factor.


This synopsis should not be considered a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or an Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice.


The estimated release date of the solicitation is August 12, 2026. The date is subject to change.
