Scope of effort: This effort is restricted to Electronic Resellers Association International (ERAI), cage code: 53RU8. This requirement is sole source to ERAI in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the Government intends to issue an award to ERAI who is found to be the only source available meeting all requirements.


Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island Arsenal (ACC-RIA) will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited, however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation with a proposal which will be considered by ACC-RIA. This notice is published for subcontracting purposes only. The Combat Capabilities Development Command- Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC)-RI has a requirement for a database membership focused on counterfeit and/or non conforming parts and materials, data and/or market analysis tools, real-time alerts, Bill of Material/Assembly Cross Checking against Hi-Risk Parts, Analysis tools to identify replacements, to include supplier sources, and training pertaining to the visual indicators of counterfeit parts. The database provides analysis tools that offer the capability to monitor, investigate, and report issues affecting the global electronics supply chain. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 30 September 2026 - 29 September 2027.
