 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Aviation (A), Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft Program Office (PMA-290) intends to award a contract on an other than full and open competition basis with The Boeing Company (Boeing), Seattle, WA.
