The purpose of this special notice is to satisfy the requirement at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.402(f) to publicize the addition of items not on the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) ('open market items') in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1). A request for quotations (RFQ) for scheduled services under the Climate Integration Support Facility (CISF) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be issued to holders of the agreement for the evaluation of a USAID/Southern Africa Project. Due to the nature of the services, certain open market items incidental to the schedule items, such as travel of contractor personnel, will be included in the RFQ.
