Synthetic Data Generation for Property and Passenger Screening

The Department of Homeland Security Office of Science and Technology Directorate intends to award a sole source contract to Cignal LLC for the further development and maturation of the Cignal Engine prototype. This initiative supports the Screening at Speed program by providing simulation and multi-spectral data lifecycle tools designed to generate high-quality synthetic data for machine vision Artificial Intelligence.
