Presolicitation Conference Event - Engineering Services for Synthetic Signature Generation (SSG) Trainers

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is conducting market research for a future contract to provide scientific, engineering, and technical services related to the design, development, fabrication, integration, testing, fleet implementation, and maintenance of Synthetic Signature Generation (SSG) simulation systems. This action, posted on November 7, 2018, under RFP #N0016719R0002, is a sources sought notice and not a request for proposals; therefore, no contract will be awarded as a result of this notice, and contractors will not be compensated for any costs associated with response preparation.
