All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 10, 2023 by 14:00 EST. REQUIREMENT: Given the complexity of operating in a modern naval environment, combined with progress in adult learning, the RCN requires a training system that can support sailors throughout their career, ensure they maintain the appropriate readiness level, and reach them wherever they are located. The NTS assets and learners’ profiles must be integrated and optimized, exchanging data across the RCN systems. Recognizing a need to transform the way training is conducted, Project STORM was created to enable the transformation of the current NTS so that it can meet the training demands driven by a modern and digital future fleet.
